We provide the necessary catering equipment.

Do you need a kitchen? 
If one is available we would like to use it.

What are the portion sizes?
The average portion size for one dinner entree is 6ozs.

What about beverages?
We have Bar beverage service and can provide non- alcoholic beverages, please take a look at our beverages menus.

Is there a set deadline time for menu options?
72 hours prior to the function we like to have the total number of people and the final menu selections.
For wedding receptions, you will finalize 10 days before the event date.

Are there additional charges for anything?
Yes, for tables, linen, decorative buffet set ups, glassware, silverware, delivery charge, and staff.

Who sets up the room?
We set up the food and beverage tables. We will also set your napkin & silverware at each place setting provided that you have paid for that option.

If it is a buffet will you serve it?
If it is a buffet it is not normally served. However, it can be added to the contract.

Will your Service Staff clear the tables?
Yes, we will buss and clean all tables and food items that we are serving.

When does overtime start?
We usually provide for a period of five hours. Our time starts an hour before delivery time and ends when we have left the event site. If needed we can make arrangements for a few staff to remain for an additional charge.

What about taxes and gratuities?
Taxes are added and gratuities are based on the type of function.
